Learning & Engagement Manager

<aside> 💡 Force of Nature understands that working with people from a diversity of lived experiences, cultures and backgrounds is essential in addressing our climate crisis. Therefore, we encourage applicants who represent communities from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds and/or global majority groups (Black, Asian, Brown, dual-heritage, indigenous to the global south, and or have been racialised as 'ethnic minorities’).

Furthermore, we know that people of marginalised genders often won’t apply for a role unless they’re certain they meet, or even excel beyond, the criteria. If you’re uncertain about meeting the role criteria but you’d like to check, please send us an email at [email protected] and we can have a conversation about your experience and fit for the role.
